Adaptability & Composition

Flooring Simplified

Adaptation of technology with time is the key ingredient.

For any flooring solution, adaptability is a crucial aspect. At KEO, we're proud to offer the very best interlocking technology. The patented UNILIN technology of UNICLIC, UNIDROP, and UNIDROP-X is not only globally recognized but also highly trusted. We believe in nothing but the best, which is why we choose to use UNILIN technology in our flooring. Thanks to this patented precision technology, our SPC floors offer a variety of superior benefits.

Large area installation, quick and easy installation, waterproof joints, sound-free locking, and high-strength interlocking are just a few of the many advantages. Plus, our floors are adaptable to a wide range of laying patterns, from classic herringbone to more creative designs. Whether you're looking to install new floors in your home, office, or showroom, our SPC floors are a perfect choice. Quick, reliable, and versatile, they're unmatched by any other flooring type on the market.

Product Composition

  • UV Layer

It is the topmost layer of our SPC floors. A UV-cured coating is applied to the surface of the flooring and hardened using UV light. This layer provides added protection against fading, or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or other UV light sources. This layer also renders a stain-free quality and is responsible for the matt or glossy finish.

  • Wear Layer

The wear layer on SPC floors is a clear, protective layer that is applied on top of the design layer. It is made of a durable material that helps to resist scratches and wear from foot traffic. This layer is important because it helps to prolong the life of the flooring and keep it looking new for longer.

  • Décor Film

The decor film layer on SPC (Stone PolymerComposite) floors is a thin, printed layer that is applied on top of the core layer. The decor film layer is important because it gives the flooring its aesthetic appeal, allowing it to mimic the look of natural wood or other materials while providing the durability and resistance of SPC.

  • SPC Core Sheet

The core layer of the floors is the main structural layer made from a mixture of polymer resin and limestone powder, which gives it strength and stability and also contributes to its waterproof property. The SPC core layer is also dense and stable, it makes the SPC flooring much more durable and resistant to wear and tear compared to traditional vinyl flooring.

  • Quick Installation

This layer makes the SPC floors so easy to install and DIY-friendly. At KEO Surface our floors have a patented locking mechanism (Unilin) which allows a floating installation and keeps the floors attached more effectively. This layer also ensures that no adhesives or materials are required for installation.

  • Underlayment

This layer contributes to additional cushioning and sound insulation for the flooring. It is typically made of high-density IXPE or EVA attached beneath the Core.
